Yes, Sea Road provides 20', 40' and 53' domestic Intermodal, TL, LTL, Flatbed, Reefer, Expedited,and Ocean freight services.

What do I need to do to get started with Sea Road ?

All that is needed to get started with Sea Road is to fill out the new customer packet and a service agreement our Sales Team provides.

Can Sea Road offer drop trailer and container programs for its shipments?

Yes. Sea Road actually prefers trailer and container pool programs, as they often help shippers dock efficiencies. Sea Road can also do live load & unload programs also.

How long before detention applies? Free hours?

There are 2 hours of free time.

How much lead time do you need to book?

24 hours is best, but same day capacity is available and dependent on lane and time of year.

What are your net terms?

Standard terms are net 15, but can be negotiable based on the size of the business opportunity and credit strength of the customer.

What is Sea Road's invoicing process?

Sea roads all invoicing runs through our corporate office. Invoices can be sent via mailed, email, EDI or fax. Whatever is best for the customer is best our customers.

Does Sea Road have online portals to gain access to shipment activity?

Very Soon,Sea Road intoduces fully accesable online portal to our customers for shipment tracking.

Do you have EDI?

Yes, we can trade EDI documents.

Does Sea Road make the pick-up and delivery appointments or do I?

Yes,Sea Road makes all the appointments.

Sea Road has office in Oakland, CA and delivering in all major cities throughout the California and Nevada States.

What rail providers do you use?

Sea Road has a direct relationship with all railroads at Oakland(Union BNSF).

Do you have drivers?

Yes,Sea Road have own Drivers and also working with Owner Operators also.

Do you have GPS of your drivers ?

Yes, Sea Road has GPS capabilities.
